Bank rolled by ZeeStudios and Shakti Sagar Productions and directed by Abhinandan, 'Fateh' is based on real-life incidents.
In the film, Sonu will be seen in never-before cinematic universe with high-octane action sequences.
The actor was in the news for lending a helping hand to those in need and aiding them to tide through difficult situations amid the Covid lockdown.
He has been called the 'Messiah of migrant workers'.
The film is expected to go on the floors early 2022.
