Chandigarh, January 3- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh.         According to OSD to Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, the complaints, problems and suggestions on this system are resolved in the shortest possible time by the Chief Minister's Office by taking immediate cognizance and the complainant is informed on his mobile or by retweeting.

He said that 9,08,024 complaints/suggestions have been received during the tenure of the government for 2,624 days.  This shows that the system of CM window and Twitter handle is becoming popular among people. In fact, when a complaint received from Kaithal was resolved in just three and a half hours, people have started believing that CM WIndow is more effective than RTI.

Of 123848 complaints in the year 2021, 74752 were disposed off
