Lt. General Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retired) has been appointed as Governor of Arunachal Pradesh by the President of India on Sunday. The President has also appointed Brig. (Dr) B.D. Mishra as Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Union Territory.
