New Delhi / Ghaziabad. Sanjay Singh, a 48-year-old resident of Ghaziabad, has urged the court to get the rightful rights of a son and his mother from his father through a DNA test. Sanjay Singh, born in 1973, has filed a case in the Ghaziabad court, stating that his mother Baleshwari Devi is originally from village Sadopur, district Gautam Buddha Nagar (Uttar Pradesh). She was married 53 years ago on 8 May 1970 with Mahendra Singh Choudhary S/o Late Sarjit Singh R/o Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi.

According to Sanjay Singh, his maternal grandfather was a soldier and according to his status, he had given a lot of donation and dowry at the time of marriage. They had a gauna after two years of marriage
In a press conference held at Hotel Krishna Sagar, RDC on Tuesday, Sanjay says, "I was born in 1973.

But when I was only a quarter of a month old, my father remarried. My mother was less educated.
My father had remarried a woman named Asha, his college roommate. Asha's father was an influential officer and he was a senior officer in the customs department. After my second marriage, my father threw me and my mother out of the house when I was just a quarter of a month old.

Despite persuasion from respected people of the society, my father did not keep my mother with him. For this reason, I was brought up in my maternal grandmother's house. My mother raised me living a miserable life in very adverse circumstances. Many relatives including Sanjay Singh's mother were also present in the press conference.

According to Sanjay, facing all the challenges to get justice for his mother, he studied law. And now they have taken refuge in the court to get their rights. Sanjay Singh told the court that his father has three children from his second wife, who is very influential. Bhupendra Singh and Dharmendra Singh have two sons from the second wife. While daughter Varsha Singh is married to Nishit Singh, younger son of late Mahendra Singh Bhati, ex-MLA from Dadri.

Varsha Singh's sister-in-law Shubhra is married to Prince of Landhora princely state of Uttarakhand and former Roorkee MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion. Sanjay Singh alleged that his father is a domineering and Bahubali type of person and he does not want to give my rights to me and my mother in any way.

According to Sanjay, after the case was filed on his behalf, his father filed an application in the court that he was being harassed by being implicated in a false conspiracy, so the petition should be dismissed. Therefore, he requested the court to conduct the hearing of the petition in Delhi, which was rejected by the court. After the High Court, his petition was not accepted even in the Supreme Court. Sanjay Singh has requested the court to get his and his father's DNA test done, so that the whole truth can be revealed.
