Dhol Player Nishan Singh was born to mother Ravinder Kaur in the house of father Jarnail Singh. Nishan Singh, a resident of Himmatpur, learned to play Dhol from Ustad Harmesh Rangeela.For a long time he associated with his teacher and worked hard with him as part of his musical group.
When Nishan Singh's teacher was convinced that Nishan Singh had become a good Dhol Player , he allowed Nishan Singh to work on stage with the singers.Nishan made a good name for himself as a Dhol Player. In his musical journey so far, Nishan Singh has worked with B Sandhu, Gurmantar, Jagtar Panesar, Lovejit, Masha Ali, Sucha Rangeela, Mandeep Madi, Kulwant Keller, RD Sagar, Buta Kohenoor, Gurdeep Mehtapuri, Narinderjit, as a Dhol Player .
