Association President Vivek Choudhary and General Secretary Vikram Kohli said that along with providing medical facilities to the employees under the Employees State Insurance Scheme (ESIC), an insurance is also done so that in case of any untoward incident and deterioration in their health, the government will Free treatment is provided to the employees.
He told the director that due to the presence of many industries in the Industrial Growth Center, it is necessary to have a permanent dispensary for the medical facilities of thousands of employees. During this, the association members apprised the director about the other problems related to the industry and said that the Punjab Small Scale Industry and Export Corporation Limited has also allotted space for opening dispensaries, but for a long time, he had been asked by the government.
