SAS Nagar/ Kharar: Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Aashika Jain inspected the B. D. P. O Office, Kharar. During this she instructed that the entry in the movement register is mendatory for the staff while leaving the office. She ordered the action against employees those who are not following the rules.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed the officers and employees to complete the tasks related with Amrit Sarovar as soon as possible and to complete the outstanding works related with BDPO office including MGNREGA as soon as possible. On this occasion, she also checked the records of the office.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the Punjab government is fully determined to provide timely services to the people. Accordingly, a surprise check of the BDPO office has been done so that the working of the office can be made more accurate.
Meanwhile, she instructed the officers and employees to reach the office on time and do their work with full dedication. She asked the officials to solve the problems of the people on priority basis.
On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development) Mrs. Avneet Kaur and B. D.P. O. Mahinder Singh and staff members were present.
