A huge Bhandara was organized at the Shiva temple of Ramgarh Ward No. 5 here as part of celebrations of Lord Krishna’s birthday and Navami.
Those present in the programme were Congress candidate from Indri Dr Navjot Kashyap, Congress Area President Karma Singh Khanpur, BJP Kisan Morcha District President Narendra Gaursi, Kalsora Farmers Club President Rinku Chaudhary, BJP leader Vinod Kamboj, Pankaj Kamboj, Congress leader Prashant Arora, AAP Convenor Anil Verma and Block Committee Chairperson Representative Rishi Pal Kamboj.
Jalabhishek was performed on the idol of Shiva family and Baba Kalu Maharaj and Nandi in the temple. First, the idol of Shiva family and Baba Kalu ji was bathed with Panchamrit. Dr. Navjot Kashyap got the worship done. After the installation of the idol, a Havan Yagya was organized in the temple premises for the happiness and peace of the village, in which all the villagers wished for everyone's happiness and prosperity.
After the Havan Yagya, a Bhandara was organized in which people who had come from far away and saints participated.
Giving information about the event, Sumit Kashyap said that Lord Shri Krishna showed the path of religion to mankind, which we must follow. On this occasion Johnny, Vijaya, Sumit, Sukhbir, Munish, Krishna, Deepu, Yogesh, Govind, Sanjeev and Nikki were also present.
