Chandigarh University Ghauran students booked for posting anti India comments on FB

KHARAR: In a bizarre incident , two students of Chandigarh University made anti India comments on the social media. The students who belong to Kashmir not only eulogised the militants but blatantantly posted anti India slogans. The Kharar Sadar police have registered a case under Section 66F of the Information Technology Act against two students of the Chandigarh University Ghauran for allegedly posting anti India and pro Kashmiri militants comments on their Face Book account. In this regard, SHO of Ghauran Police Station Amandeep Kaur Brar informed her seniors that she has received information related to some posts on Facebook (social media) which are objectionable.In this regard the details of one post is . “Ishfaq Nazir is at the Chandigarh University, Bharat tere Tukdo mein Zakir Musa Zindabad. Miss you bro. Similarly the details of second post are Rapstar Adi, Hip Hop Kashmir upcoming software Engineer, studied BCA Chandigarh University lives in Chandigarh area. From Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir. Singe joined on June 2018. Ameen. Kharar Sadar Police have registered the case and have started the investigation. SHO Kharar Sadar Police Inspector Inderjeet Singh Boparai said that the police have started investigation.
