Delhi's Tal katora stadium echoed with the symphony of Jubin Nautiyal

New Delhi. 'Virasat' Shatabdi Varsh Samaroh' of 'Garhwal Hiteshini Sabha' echoed with the melodious symphony of ace singer Jubin Nautiyal. This musical event was held at Delhi's Tal katora stadium. Jubin Nautiyal started this program by praying for the safe rescue of 41 labourers who are currently stuck in uttrakhand tunnel. He requested everyone present at the event to join hands for prayers. Then he set the mood by singing his famous song ' meri choukhat main chal ke aaj Charon dhaam aaye hain' in his signature style. After that he presented an uttarakhandi and one jaunsari song also. On public demand he also sang ' tere bin aub na lenge ek bhi dum, tujhe kitna chahen aur hum', which left the audience mesmerized. Singer Reshma Shah also performed at the event along with Rekha Dhasmana Uniyal and folk singer Narender Singh Negi. They presented a beautiful uttrakhandi song.

 


The chief minister of Uttrakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami also sent his best wishes to all the uttrakhand people for the 'Shatabdi Varsh Samaroh' via video message. He also raised concern about the safety of labourers stuck in the uttrakhand tunnel. He assured that the centre and state govt are working jointly for the safe rescue of all labourers and Prime Minister Modi has been taking daily updates about the rescue operation. On the 100th year celebration of 'Garhwal Hiteshini Sabha', a documentary and 'Virasat 2023' souvenir was also launched. This mega event also witnessed grand cultural programs along with Uttrakhand's traditional dress and jewellery competition, state delicacies competition and painting exhibition. On this occasion many organisations and renowned personalities were also felicitated for their extraordinary work in different fields. The most famous top five regional films also got awarded.


President of the 'Garhwal Hiteshini Sabha' Ajay Bisht said that the prime motive of this programme is to save the heritage of Uttrakhand and pay respect to our ancestors on the completion of hundred years of the organisation. Supreme Court judge Sudhanshu Dhuliya, member of parliament, rajya sabha, Uttrakhand Naresh Bansal, MLA of Delhi Karaval nagar Mohan Singh Bisht, Anil Kumar Pant, Azad Singh Negi were also present during the event along with a number of people from Uttrakhand.
