If AAP wanted it could have stopped the farmers-Haryana CM Khattar

Chandigarh: Commenting on the farmers' protest, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar claimed that farmers are carrying many other materials along with the tractor. Khattar also blamed the AAP government stating that if AAP wanted it could have stopped the farmers.

 

"Farmers had announced to march to Delhi on 13 February. All their demands are not of Haryana but of the Central Government. Last time also the movement lasted for a year due to which the people of Haryana had to face a lot of trouble. Matters can be resolved through mutual discussion. Everyone has the right to express their views in a democratic manner Farmers are carrying many other materials along with the tractor," claimed Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar.

 

Sharing the initiative taken by the Haryana government for the farmers, Khattar said that the state government has taken many important decisions in the interest of farmers.

 

Many schemes are running in Haryana in the interest of farmers. Haryana government is purchasing 14 crops, while if we talk about Punjab, paddy and wheat crops are also being purchased. The central government is purchasing. On Punjab farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal's statement on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Ram temple, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that it is visible that politics is being done. The job of the Haryana government is to maintain law and order.

 

During the last farmer movement, Everyone saw whatever happened at the Red Fort. Farmers and soldiers have also been hurt by the ongoing movement," he added.
