Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal are enemies of Sanatan Dharma: Dr. Subhash Sharma

May 16, 2024 05:27 PM

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali): BJP candidate from Sri Anandpur Sahib Dr. Subhash Sharma today termed Congress and Aam Aadmi Party as enemies of Sanatan Dharma and said that both of these parties have always opposed the Sanatan Dharma, which will cost them dearly this time. While addressing the people during his door-to-door campaign in Mohali, he cornered the Gandhi family and said that the anti-Sanatan face of the Congress was exposed on the same day, when the Manmohan Singh government had filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court terming Shri Ram Setu as imaginary.

Dr. Sharma further said, “And now, this year, Congress rejected the invitation letter for the Pran Pratishtha (Consecration Ceremony) of Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Apart from this, the ‘Indi’ alliance of which Congress and AAP are a part, also includes DMK, whose leader MK Stalin compares Sanatan Dharma with dengue and malaria, but till date, Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal are completely silent on this issue.” He added that with the construction of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya, every Indian, except Congress and AAP, is happy. Dr. Sharma pointed out that while opposing Modi; Rahul and Kejriwal have opposed Shri Ram, for which the people of this country will punish them in these elections.

While talking about the development of Sri Anandpur Sahib, BJP candidate Dr. Sharma, said, “The formation of Khalsa Panth took place on this land, the birthplace of Lord Parshuram Ji is in this Lok Sabha constituency and the ancestral village of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh is here. Besides, there are many other historical places here, which will be made a tourism circuit to showcase them before the world.” He said that if he gets a chance to serve the holy land of Sri Anandpur Sahib, he will get a special grant from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for building a tourism circuit.

Dr. Sharma also said that after the construction of the tourism circuit, the day is not far when foreign tourists will come here to see the land of Khalsa, just as they go to Agra to see the Taj Mahal after landing in Delhi. He said that if the international flights get started from Mohali, Punjabis will benefit a lot. “Apart from this, efforts will be made to make Mohali an industrial hub like Gurugram, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Efforts will also be made to set up railway projects and refinery here”, said Dr. Sharma.

Earlier, during the morning hours, BJP candidate Dr. Subhash Sharma met the people, who came for a walk in Sector-70 Mohali Park and listened to their problems and also assured them of their early resolution. Mohali District President Sanjeev Vashisht and other leaders were present with him.
