Panipat : A massive fire broke out at a blanket factory in the Panipat district of Haryana, said an official on Wednesday. Soon after receiving information, fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
Visuals showed a huge cloud of black-coloured smoke billowing out from the site. Meanwhile, the dousing operation is underway, the official said. No casualties or injuries have been reported so far, it added.
More details are awaited. Earlier today, a massive fire broke out in a Dombivali-based chemical factory in the Thane district of Maharashtra. The blaze was later brought under control by the officials of the fire department.
