Haryana's Gandhi Babu Moolchand Jain's death anniversary celebrated, tributes paid Remembered his thoughts and struggles

24th death anniversary of the Late Babu Mool Chand Jain, Gandhian leader and great freedom fighter of Haryana was celebrated today at Babu Mool Chand Jain Government ITI in Karnal. On this occasion, ITI staff, freedom fighters and family members and leaders of Babu Mool Chand Jain laid wreaths on the statue of the freedom fighter. The program was organized by Babu Mool Chandra Jain Memorial Charitable Trust and ITI. The members of the trust, principal and staff of Babu Moolchand Jain ITI and the people of the city, offered flowers on the statue.
In the program, principal of the institute Dharmendra Singh said that Babu Moolchand was a dedicated politician and an efficient administrator. He was a freedom fighter before independence and after that, he served as MP, MLA, Minister and in many other positions. It is a matter of great pride to name this institution after Babuji. His memories will always show us the way.
On this occasion, teachers and social activists Arun Kaiharba and Mahindra Kumar threw light on various aspects of Babuji's struggle life and filled the spirit of gathering through patriotic songs. On this occasion, senior journalist Shailendra Jain said that despite being in various positions of power, Babu Moolchand Jain kept personal interests aside and worked for the benefit of society. In the program, Swami Premamurti Director Manav Seva Sangh Karnal said that Babu ji was a freedom fighter as well as a high class educationist. He will always be remembered as a thinker, politician, social reformer.
