20-day service and dedication drive to mark PM’s birthday : Rana

The BJP has made vigorous preparations to celebrate the 71st birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It will be celebrated as a service and dedication campaign. To be celebrated from September 17 to October 7, the 20-day event will begin on September 17 and will go on till October 7 to commemorate the Prime Minister's 20 years of public service.

Giving detailed information about this, BJP district president Yogendra Rana said that the  party would organize many other programmes along with large-scale sanitation and blood donation campaign.

He said blood donation camps would be organized at 71 places to celebrate the Prime Minister’s 71st birthday. He said they will try to collect 71 units of blood at these camps.

Giving further information, Yogendra Rana said that along with distribution of fruits to patients in government hospitals on PM’s  birthday, artificial limbs will also be distributed to the disabled. To thank the Prime Minister for his efforts, 50 million postcards will be sent from booths across the country.

On this occasion, the district chairman informed that on September 25, to celebrate Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Jayanti a program will be organised at the booth level. A comprehensive sanitation campaign will also be launched on October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

Additional Vice President of District President Yogendra Rana, Sanjay Rana, District General Minister Rajbir Sharma, Sunil Goyal, District Media Head Dr. Ashok Kumar, IT Head Vikas Kathuria, Co-Head Manmeet Bawa and Youth Front President Lalit Dabda were present.
