Shiv Kumar Sharma, Rohtak

Rohtak MP Dr. Arvind Sharma said that physically challenged are an important part of our society. In the recent Paralympic Games, the disabled have worked hard to bring laurels to the country.

Dr. Sharma was addressing the people present at Bahotwas village on Sunday after inaugurating a blood donation and disabled’s awareness camp at Shri Krishna College on behalf of outgoing councilor Amit Yadav. Kosli MLA Laxman Singh Yadav was also present on the occasion.

Addressing the people present in the program, the MP and MLA said that it is the duty of the entire society to respect the disabled. Both the Central and State Governments are committed to provide maximum facilities to the disabled. The government has implemented several schemes to promote disabled in the field of sports.

Encouraging the youth who donated blood in the camp, Kosli MLA Laxman Singh Yadav said that there is no act of virtue more than blood donation. The blood donated in the blood donation camp works to save the life of the needy. The MP and MLA also congratulated Amit Yadav on organizing this camp.

He said that such camps should be organized from time to time in rural areas. Raj Kumar Makkar, Satyavrat Shastri, Kamal Nimbal, Mandal president, party office bearers, workers and villagers were present on this occasion.
