Shimla: BJP District President Ravi Mehta Said that we will be organising a welcome ceremony for our newly nominated Rajya sabha member of parliament Dr Sikander Kumar in gaiety theater on the 21st of May, 2022. This programme will be starting at 10:45 AM, where Dr Sikander Kumar will be welcomed by BJP workers and general public, Dr Sikander will also address the programme. This programme will be headed by Shimla District schedule caste morcha.
Later Rajya Sabha MP Dr Sikander will attend a BJP District schedule caste morcha office bearer meeting in Jain Dharamshala at 2 PM the meeting will be attended by SC morcha District office bearers, State office bearers from District shimla and SC Morcha Presidents from shimla city, shimla grameen and Kasumpti vidhan sabha constituency. At 2:45 PM he will be attending a BJP District Office bearer meeting in Jain Dharamshala, the meeting will be attended by BJP district office bearers, State office bearers and executive members from District shimla, 2017 BJP candidates, BJP mandal shimla city, shimla grameen, Kasumpti president and general secretaries, morcha presidents and general secretaries and convenors of all BJP cells. He said Dr Sikander Kumar will be attending a booth meeting in Krishna Nagar at 4 PM. The nomination of Dr Sikander Kumar to rajya sabha has strengthened BJP from booth to state level.
