New Delhi, A 19-year-old girl was found dead with burn injuries at a house in south Delhi's Lajpat Nagar II area on Friday, police said.
According to the police, the girl was a resident of Madrasi Camp in Lajpat Nagar. She along with her mother used to work as domestic help in a house at Lajpat Nagar II.
Police said that they received a PCR call stating a girl died after electrocution, after getting information cops rushed to the spot and found a dead body with burn marks.
Today morning, she came to work at 7 am, around an hour later she was found dead. Area Police along with forensic experts inspected the scene and the body has been sent for post-mortem examination. Legal action will be taken as per post-mortem report, said police.
