As soon as it was passing through the bridge of Santoshgarh Swan river, a scooty rider died on the spot after coming under the truck near the cremation ground. Rider was coming from Tahliwal to Santoshgarh with his Activa and as soon as he reached the cremation ground after crossing the bridge of the Savan river, he started taking a pass from the truck going ahead and as soon as he passed by the truck in front of him. Sagai Ram died on the spot. Someone informed about this to the police post Santoshgarh through phone and Santoshgarh police outpost in-charge reached the spot with his team and seized the Activa, truck, and Zen car after recording the statements of the eyewitnesses. Dead body has been sent for post-mortem after which it will be handed over to family members.
