PANCHKULA: As part of the Road Safety Month, DAV Public School, Sector 8, Panchkula organized a campaign to promote awareness about traffic rules and responsible road behavior. The event was conducted under the guide lines issued by the Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
Students actively participated in a Pledge Taking Ceremony, Creative Poster Making activity to promise to follow traffic rules and ensure safety on roads. The activity was supervised by Sports Teachers Mr. Ramesh Pandita and Mr. Dinesh Sood in the presence of Principal Mrs. Ritu Dilbagi.
She addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of road safety and disciplined commuting. She appreciated the efforts of the staff and students and encouraged them to be alert and law-abiding citizens to help reduce road accidents and promote a safer community. The campaign served as a valuable step towards instilling a sense of responsibility and awareness among young learners.
