Flowers showered on Narendra Modi in the roadshow

DHARAMSHALA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh on a two-day visit on Thursday, where thousands of people welcomed him by showering flowers during the roadshow. Narendra Modi did a roadshow from the Education Board office to the KCCB check in the court. A cultural glimpse of Himachal was also seen during PM Modi's roadshow. The Gaddi, Tibetan and Gorkha community welcomed Narendra Modi through a cultural program in traditional costume, through song and music.

Modi was scheduled to reach Dharamsala at around 11.30 am. PM Modi reached Dharamshala at around 11.45 am. PM Modi rode in an open jeep and flowers were showered on him from both sides of the road. Hundreds of people standing on the roadside kept showering rose petals on the PM during the roadshow. The PM also greeted the people by shaking hands with his car. For a while the atmosphere here was filled with the fragrance of roses. About 25 thousand BJP workers registered their presence in the road show. This visit of Modi is special. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's helicopter landed at the synthetic track ground in Dharamsala. CM Jai Ram Thakur welcomed the PM by presenting Himachali cap and muffler. State Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar was also present during this.

After this, the Prime Minister went directly to take part in the road show. A special session on 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav-2047' roadmap will be held at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium, Dharamsala, at the Chief Secretaries' conference chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. In addition to the Chief Secretaries of all the states, more than 200 people representing the Central Government, all the states and union territories and experts from the thematic sector are participating in the conference. Narendra Modi Modi will stay at the Circuit House in Dharamsala tonight. 2300 police personnel have been deployed for security around the city including Dharamshala.

There is an order not to allow any vehicle to enter Dharamshala without checking. PM Modi will preside over the first National Conference of Chief Secretaries in Dharamsala for 2 days starting today. Tomorrow, on Friday also, will participate in the conference of Chief Secretaries.
