Ferozepur: The “Pura Punjab Movement”, initiated by Ajay Pal Singh Brar, President of Misl Satluj—a social and political organization committed to promoting Punjab-centric politics—continues to receive an overwhelming response across the Malwa region. The public signature campaign launched under the movement to take Punjab’s rightful demands to every household is gaining significant momentum.
As part of the campaign, a public signature camp was organized at Gurdwara Jamni Sahib, Bajidpur, under the leadership of Davinder Singh Sekhon, General Secretary of Misl Satluj, and Man Singh Killi, President of the Youth Wing. A large number of people supporting Punjab’s interests participated enthusiastically in the camp.
Davinder Singh Sekhon informed that more than 3,000 people signed the petition during the camp, expressing their support for the “Pura Punjab Movement.” He noted that the gathering reflected strong public enthusiasm and concern for the constitutional rights and future of Punjab.
Prominent individuals who extended their support during the event included Karnail Singh Bhawra (Former Chairman, Market Committee), Gurbir Singh Babbu Khosa, Sarabjit Singh Kotkaror, Gurjant Singh Killi, Jashanpreet Singh Kilche, Gurvinder Singh Droli Bhai, and Gurpinder Singh Kilche, along with several other Panthic leaders and well-wishers of Punjab.
On this occasion, Sekhon stated that the signature campaign under the “Pura Punjab Movement” will continue across Punjab, reaching every village, town, and city to connect people with the cause. He added that the overwhelming public participation clearly indicates that the people of Punjab are now coming together to secure their constitutional and economic rights.
Man Singh Killi appealed to all aware and responsible citizens of Punjab to join the movement and strengthen the collective voice for Punjab’s rights.
Meanwhile, Amarinder Singh Tur, National Convener of the “Pura Punjab Movement,” announced the appointment of regional observers to coordinate the campaign across different districts of Punjab.
Hardeep Singh Dod (7087287006) has been appointed Observer for Fazilka, Ferozepur, Faridkot, and Sri Muktsar Sahib.
Advocate Ramandeep Singh (9814800808) will oversee Bathinda, Barnala, and Mansa.Yadvinder Singh Yadu (9878482980) has been assigned Patiala, Sangrur, and Malerkotla.
For the Doaba region, Davinder Singh Sangowal (9501051396) has been appointed Observer for Jalandhar and Kapurthala.
Additionally,Tejbir Singh Mangat (8427707744) will oversee Hoshiarpur and Nawanshahr.Bibi Jasmeet Singh Chhina (9855973085) has been appointed Observer for Amritsar and Tarn Taran in the Majha region.
Husandeep Singh (9888280432) and Jagtar Singh Gill (9876341981) will serve as Observers for Pathankot and Gurdaspur.
The leadership emphasized that the movement aims to unite people across Punjab to collectively raise a strong and democratic voice for the state’s rights and future.
