COVID-19: Nepal reports 1642 new cases, 32 more fatalities

Nepal on Monday registered 1642 more cases of COVID-19, and 32 more fatalities related to the virus.

 

Addition of these new cases takes the country's overall caseload to 668,751. The total number of Coronavirus recoveries stand at 633,332 as 1,258 more people were discharged today. The countrywide Covid-19 death toll has now climbed to 9,582.

 

A report by Himalayan Times said the country's active Covid-19 case count currently stands at 25,837. While the recovery rate stands at 94.7 pc, and the fatality rate stands at 1.5 pc.
