Shimla: Bharatiya Janata Party's national spokesperson Sambit Patra, while addressing the press conference, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government is going to change the “Rivaz” with a thumping majority, as the “Rivaz” has been changed in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Haryana due to good work and in the same way now himachal is prepared to change the“Rivaz”.
Prime Minister Modi has a special attachment for Himachal, due to which unprecedented development work has been done in Himachal and thousands of crores of rupees have been invested in Himachal and employment opportunities have been created for the youths , bjp is working for the all around development of Himachal . Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, 1 lakh 54 thousand patients were treated free of cost, while the Himachal Pradesh government gave benefits to those who were not covered under the Ayushman scheme by bringing Himcare scheme. Under this scheme, 3 lakh 22 thousand patients were treated free of cost.
This is the best example of double engine government. Similarly, under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, free domestic gas connections were distributed to 1 lakh 38 thousand families. On the same lines, under the Mukhyamantri Grihini Suvidha Yojna, 3 lakh 35 thousand families were provided with domestic gas connections, as a result, Himachal became the first state in the country to have domestic gas connections in every household.
Taking a jibe at the Congress party, he said that Himachal Pradesh is a holiday destination for the Congress, while it is a development destination for the Bharatiya Janata Party. Congress leaders come to Himachal for property dealing and maintenance . Whereas Prime Minister Modi considers himachal as his home comes to Himachal and works for the progress welfare of Himachal. There is no leader, no policy, and no leadership in Congress. Rahul Gandhi is on “Bharat-Jodo Yatra” which is not coming through poll bound states like Himachal and Gujarat .
So he asked Congress what is the reason for Rahul Gandhi's apathy towards Himachal and why he does not want to campaign in Himachal or Congress leaders do not want to bring him to Himachal? Similarly, Sonia Gandhi has not come to Himachal for campaigning so far, nor has National President Mallikarjun Kharge come to campaign in Himachal so far. Does the Congress party want to save its top leadership from the credit of another defeat? In contrast, the top leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party, all the top leaders central ministers and chief ministers are campaigning in the land of Himachal to protect the self-respect of Himachal welfare of the masses and for the development of Himachal.
Sambit Patra said that Congress has no guarantee of its own, so how could one believe in their guarantees, it is not even a guarantee that they will be able to contest the next election or not as a national party as they have been reduced to 44 seats currently . They could not even convince their senior leader Anand Sharma with their guarantees how could they win the trust of Himachalis. While the Congress is talking about false guarantees, the Bharatiya Janata Party is releasing its vision document shortly in Himachal under the leadership of the National President and in the presence of all senior leaders.
Due to which the details of the development works of the Bharatiya Janata Party government for the next five years will be given and this vision document will determine the idea and direction of the Bharatiya Janata Party towards the development of Himachal. He said that this is the time to change the “Rivaz” and now it is Himachal's turn. With the able, honest and strong leadership of the Prime Minister Modi and the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, the Bharatiya Janata Party is again returning to power as people of Himachal realise the value power and strength of the double engine govts of the BJP and the bankruptcy of the Congress party leadership vision and policy .
