"You must have seen India before 2014, there was distrust in the minds of common people towards the government, farmers were committing suicide, youth were migrating, extremism and terrorism were spreading and no one felt safe," said CM Yogi.

"Today Naxalism, extremism and terrorism have ended, food providers no longer commit suicide, youth do not migrate, daughters do not feel unsafe but become fighter pilots," he added.

Hailing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, "Today when we are in 2024, we are seeing the respect of India increasing in the world. We proudly say that we belong to a country where people like Modi lead."

He said that this is a picture of a changed India. Law and order is good in Uttar Pradesh. "Today we are seeing a new India, there is security and prosperity. No more curfews are there, and Kanwar Yatra also starts with much enthusiasm," he added.
