Rewari:Resource person Simpi Gera said that every child wants attraction towards himself. Simpi was giving tips to teachers to improve the conduct of children in a workshop organized at Gera Jain Public School. He taught the skills of teamwork and team management through various activities.
Media in-charge of the school, Gopal Sharma said that in the workshop organized at Vidya Sharanalaya, Principal Sonal Chhabra literally congratulated the resource person Mrs. Gera. In the workshop, teachers were asked to increase closeness to children through various activities. He said that teachers should establish emotional attachment with their colleagues as well as children.
Avoid speaking negative words to children and try to build self-confidence by encouraging them in a positive environment. Maintain emotional attachment by establishing communication between children and colleagues. He said that every child is special in himself. Make them capable so that they can trust the teacher and improve their conduct. Told them that a teacher's work is not visible, but his work is the most important.
