Punjab Ratna Awardee Dr. Kulwant Singh Gill has been made a member of the State Advisory Committee of Punjab Lok Congress Party (PLCP). Dr. Kulwant Singh Gill has been working as Education Director and Consultant in Vishwa Gurmat Rouhani Mission Charitable Trust, Ratwara Sahib, Mohali for many years and he has good penetration in Mohali assembly constituency. He is well acquainted with the area falling in the three seats under the Mohali assembly constituency.
During his tenure in Ratwara Sahib, he organized many service activities here as well as organized many educational and sports activities and arranged for free education for the poor children, due to which the people of the whole area know and respect him. In-charge (organization) of PLCP, Kamaldeep Singh Saini, who is contesting from Kharar assembly constituency on PLCP ticket, he is busy campaigning hard to win.
Dr. Kulwant Singh Gill, a scientist in the past, has served in CSIO, Chandigarh and has made official visits to the US for research and training under the United Nations Development Program on behalf of the Government of India.
