Chandigarh: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan extended his warm greetings to the people of state on the Aagman Purab of the great Sufi saint Baba Farid Ji. Sandhwan said that Baba Sheikh Farid Ji gave the message of peace, brotherhood and harmony to the people in his Bani. The Bani composed by Him has even more relevance in the current materialistic society.
Speaker appealed to the people to follow the path shown by Baba Farid Ji and live with mutual love.It is noteworthy that 112 sacred verses and 4 sacred shabads of Baba Farid Ji are also recorded in Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
