DHARAMSHALA: Addressing a massive rally in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh BJP President Dr. Rajiv Bindal launched a scathing attack on the Congress government. He said that today the people of the state are taking to the streets and unanimously saying – “Three years of systemic collapse, change – change this corrupt Congress government.” This is not just a rally, but a public outcry against the misrule of the Congress. Dr. Bindal said that the workers and the public have now declared that whether the elections are held in 6 months or 2 years, this corrupt government is destined to be overthrown.
He said that in the 3 years of the Congress government, Himachal Pradesh has moved not towards development, but towards destruction. Accusing the Congress government of a dictatorial attitude, he said that BJP workers were prevented from entering the stadium, checkpoints were set up everywhere, and an attempt was made to murder democracy. Dr. Bindal questioned, "Who will the Congress stop? The people? The truth? Or its own downfall?"
The state president said that the Congress government has committed injustice to the entire Himachal Pradesh, including Kangra. A conspiracy is being hatched to relocate the Central University, valuable land of the state is being sold at throwaway prices, employment has been snatched away from the youth, and women have been betrayed. He clearly stated that the people of Himachal will never forgive the Congress for these sins. Dr. Bindal said that the Congress had come to power by giving the slogan of systemic change, but in reality, it has completely ruined the entire governance system of Himachal Pradesh. Today, the state is suffering from corruption, unemployment, crime, inflation, and administrative chaos.
