DHARAMSHALA: Addressing reporters at the Zorawar Stadium in Dharamshala on Wednesday, Himachal Pradesh BJP President Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that on December 4th, the Bharatiya Janata Party is holding a massive protest against the Congress government at Zorawar Stadium. "We observed that when the BJP reached out to the people of the state with the three-year performance of the state government, there was a tremendous enthusiasm for the BJP. As soon as the three-year celebrations came to the public's mind, the number of people who were originally supposed to attend the BJP's Zorawar Stadium protest has now grown to thousands.

There is immense resentment among the people of the state against the Congress government. There is no section of the state that is not dissatisfied with the Sukhu government," Dr. Rajiv Bindal said. "There is anger and resentment in the society, and there is a resentment among the people against the current Congress government." He said that the state's youth are unemployed. The unemployed are on the streets. Youth seeking employment are distressed. They were deceived by false guarantees and formed the Congress government, but today the youth have taken to the streets to take revenge on the Congress government. A large number of women will join the protest tomorrow because the government has robbed them of their rights. People were duped by false guarantees; today, each woman owes 54,000 rupees to the government.

28 lakh women in the state have been waiting for 1,500 rupees for 36 months. Deteriorating law and order, and shootings have become commonplace in the state. The drug trade and the resulting death of the young generation, along with the mafia rule, are being labeled by the BJP as the collapse of the system. "Three years of system change, replace the corrupt Congress government," the BJP will protest with this slogan. We want to urge the government not to create obstacles to this program. The government has deployed police forces at various locations.

The BJP will conduct its protests peacefully. If the government attempts to disrupt the atmosphere, the government will be held responsible. The government should not attempt to disrupt the BJP's demonstration at any cost; it would be inimical to democracy and society. Issues such as the government's closure of institutions, the cancellation of 150,000 jobs, and false guarantees will all be raised on Thursday. He said, "We want to tell the government that the BJP's protest will be peaceful. This is a pre-planned demonstration."

He added that the entire BJP leadership, the entire opposition outside the House, all BJP leaders, MPs, MLAs, the Mahila Morcha, Yuva Morcha, and workers will participate in this program. Dr. Rajeev Bindal condemned the lathicharge on ABVP youth, saying it would not be tolerated at any cost. He said the ABVP's protest is a warning to the government. The government wants to suppress the voice of the youth. The way the police, at the government's behest, lathi-charged ABVP youth is a murder of democracy. He said that ABVP leaders and workers were protesting peacefully, and they were lathi-charged.
